Symphony of the Americas Presents Rachmaninov and Elgar

What music would you bring to a desert island? It seems what people most want to hear when cast away is Rachmaninov and Elgar. Winner of the Bartok-Kabalevsky-Prokofieff Int’l Competition, Ciro Fodere has been described as “masterful, electric, fiery and lyrical.” Iris Van Eck, principal cellist of Symphony of the Americas, studied at the Royal Conservatory in Holland and is the artistic leader of South Florida’s Chameleon Musicians chamber series.
