“Remember to React: 60 Years of Collecting” Premiere

“Remember to React: 60 Years of Collecting” is curated by NSU Art Museum Fort Lauderdale’s Director and Chief Curator Bonnie Clearwater, and the museum’s Sunny Kaufman Senior Curator Barbara Buhler Lynes, Ph.D. with consulting curators. The exhibition is on view through June 30, 2019. “Remember to React” is the first comprehensive installation of NSU Art Museum’s permanent collection. See art by Jose Bedia, Theaster Gates, Mona Hatoum, Jonathan Meese, Zanele Muholi, Pablo Picasso, Julian Schnabel, Lorna Simpson, Kara Walker, Jonathan Meese and others, along with a new installation of the museum’s traditional African art, and a newly created site-specific mural by Johannesburg-based contemporary artist Serge Alain NitegekaRSVP to Reservations@moafl.org or call 954-262-0258.
