Creativity Exploration workshops promote the benefits of creative exploration and the mind-to-body experience. These interactive sessions for adults are designed to lessen stress, improve mental clarity and relaxation, and increase brain connectivity through visual and cognitive stimulation. During this month’s workshop titled “Growing in Gratitude,” participants will construct their own personal gratitude tree sculpture inspired by artist Yoko Ono’s interactive installation “Wish Tree,” during a 1-hour interactive session in an intimate setting ― led by art educator and specialist in mindfulness education, Lark Keeler. Limited seating, reservations required RSVP at http://nsuartmuseum.org/event/creativity-exploration-growing-in-gratitude/ or 954-262-0258.
