Enjoy the Art Talk: “Why is this Art?” with Bonnie Clearwater, director and chief curator for NSU Museum of Art, followed by the opening reception of “Some Aesthetic Decisions: A Centennial Celebration of Marcel Duchamp’s Fountain.” One hundred years ago, Dada artist Marcel Duchamp ignited a controversy and forever changed the nature of art, when he anonymously submitted a porcelain urinal titled “Fountain” to the Society of Independent Artists exhibition in New York.
