The Broward Center for the Performing Arts’ President and CEO Kelley Shanley interviewed “Dear Evan Hansen” playwright Steven Levenson at the David Posnack JCC, as part of the Center’s Cultural Arts Series. Levenson, who also wrote the newly published novel by the same name, engaged in a lively talk back on the book, and the phenomenal success that the musical has enjoyed since its debut. “Dear Evan Hansen” made its South Florida debut at the Broward Center on March 26 and plays through April 7.
