Beginning November 1, the 80 Days of Holidays Downtown calendar showcases a major cross-collaborative effort between nine local non-profit organizations: Riverwalk A&E District, Riverwalk Fort Lauderdale, Museum of Discovery and Science, Museum of Art | Fort Lauderdale, Fort Lauderdale Historical Society, Historic Stranahan House Museum, Broward Center for the Performing Arts, Las Olas Association, Downtown Development Authority and Sun Trolley. The calendar highlights the unique offerings of each organization and includes a diverse range of events and activities including art exhibits, comedic performances, fundraising events, holiday lighting ceremonies, film openings and more.

Best known for his national PBS hit In Concert for Israel, and throughout the world for his stirring performance as Jean Valjean in Les Miserables on Broadway, Dudu Fisher returns to the Broward Center with two shows. These new performances will come shortly after Dudu premiers his new PBS Television special combining his skill as a world-famous Cantor with the songs of his parents, the excitement of the Broadway stage, and the melodies of his home, Israel. Dudu Fisher will take the audience on an inspired journey showcasing his most famous and beloved repertoire with stories that celebrate the communities from where these songs were born.
